13th Dalai Lama of Tibet

Thirteenth Dalai Lama:

The thirteenth Dalai Lama is honorable Thupten Gyatso. He was born in 1876 in Tibet for parents Kunbga Rinchen and Lobsang Dolma.

The name of the year 1876 is called fire bird and his birth place is Thakpo Langdun. His parents are cultivators and are poor family.

When he was crossing second year, he was considered as the reincarnation of the Dalai Lama by the local oracles. Some of the platonic symptoms at his birth also confirmed the same.

Then after some traditional ceremony his name was changed as a new lengthy name and finally he was crowned as the Thirteenth Dalai Lama at the Potala Palace in 1878 itself.

After so many problems for several years he has become well known thirteenth Dalai Lama.

Thirteenth Dalai Lama Thupten Gyatso is more brilliant in foreign languages also. Usually he will understand Mongolian language. He will read Russian language and write even Sanskrit language. Sanskrit is a traditional Indian heavenly language.

He is a man of strong character and he is very fond and observer of all religious ceremonies. He has great knowledge of them also. He is a good administrator and he used to pay more attention on his administration.

He wholeheartedly accepted with European art of living and he used to dine European foods also. India is one of his loving country and when he stayed in India for so many years, he visited all pilgrimage places and he has cultivated his wisdom.

Then he returned to Tibet and renovated all his administration patters.

He was loving people and people were also considered him as one of the best spiritual Dalai Lamas due his matchless efficiency and brilliance in every aspect of spiritual and civil life.
