Hello, thank you for posting this Tibet food recipe.I have question about the sauce used along with momos, actually I have only tried Tibetan food, momos once ever in my life when I visited one restaurants in the country, it was delicious!But i dont know the name of the sauce which was given with it, it was red colored, sweetish/tangy/hot taste, do you know the easy recipes for that please?
