I tried one of the Tibetan veggies momos recipes, the carrot and cabbage one and it was quite good! My daughter and I had such fun with the dough and trying to fold the little dumplings. Some of them were quite strange shapes but they all tasted delicious!
Since we both hate carrots, we put brocoli instead and that tasted great. I dipped mine in a little soya sauce and Kim, my youngest dipped hers in Mayonnaise! (yuck...) But she thought the whole thing was great fun and ate quite a few! I first showed her some of the great pictures on your site of the Tibetan people and explained to her about Tibet and she got very enthusiastic.
