Five Tibetan Yogas -about 4th exercise
Can I do "shell stretch" before doing 4th exercise?
'cause this is my first week so specially 4th exercise is difficult to me.
I think that if I do any of stretching before 4th exercise it would be easier for me.

Yes, absolutely. You may incorporate any stretches or movements that you need before, during or after the 5 Tibetan yoga exercises in order to maximize the practice and your safety in the practice.
