These are my Top ten reasons to exercise...


1. To feel better about yourself.

2. To help prevent diabetes.

3. To begin a new life.

4. The attract the opposite sex.

5. To help prevent heart disease.

6. To get rid of leg pain.

7. To get rid of back pain.

8. To not be obese.

9. To get better sleep.

10. To have more energy.


Exercising is also my secret method of how to be happy. Feeling physically fit and strong gives me confidence and a happy light sensation and that somehow makes everything seem ok in my life.
