I appreciate the time you took to answer me!

I already started the drinking water thing and do seem to eat less, yah!!

I want to try yoga but I'm I have a bad knee and am unsteady on my feet so getting up and down from a mat on the floor might be a bit much for me at this point. Maybe after I lose a bit of weight.
